AI Operations & Governance · B2B SaaS · PE Portfolios
The hardest part of AI isn't the technology. It's the operations.
I help Series B–E SaaS companies and PE portfolios move from AI experiment to enterprise production — without breaking the customer experience or failing compliance.
Book a conversation →The work
I build systems because I hate wasted potential.
Everything a company builds eventually meets a customer. The moment where product, engineering, and operations converge into actual experience — that's where I live. Ideas alone are cheap without execution. I love the puzzle of taking a great strategy, a chaotic organisation, and a group of humans, and building a machine that actually runs.
What I see too often: AI initiatives that stall between experiment and production, or scale at the direct expense of customer experience. The hardest part is never the model. It's the infrastructure, the workflow design, and the governance underneath it.

The backstory
I started in fintech, where the margin for error is zero and customers don't forgive twice. Six years learning that operations either protect trust or destroy it — there's no middle ground.
Then Atlassian. Nine years scaling what hypergrowth actually feels like from the inside — 10+ acquisitions, teams across 20+ countries, always trying to make the machine faster without breaking the people using it. Then enterprise software — a year embedding AI co-pilots into ERP operations, which taught me the gap between what AI promises in a deck and what it does to a live workflow.
Alongside all of it, I've been building mindPick — an AI platform that forced me to actually ship ML systems, not just advise on them. Contextual learning models, multi-provider LLM architecture, agentic workflows. It's where theory becomes engineering. Today I'm at Lemonade, building the future of customer experience with AI.

Let's talk
Stalled AI deployment. Compliance pressure. A portfolio company that needs to show EBITDA impact — fast. If any of that sounds familiar, reach out. No pitch. Just a direct conversation to see if there's a fit.
